Updated process for publishing Nova Scotia Provincial Forms in both Accuro and Med Access
To reduce clinician burden and prevent duplicate forms, the NS Department of Health & Wellness has updated the process for adding new/updated Nova Scotia Provincial forms to your EMR.
If you need a provincial form added/updated in your provincial EMR forms repository, please email your request to emrcertification@novascotia.ca . The EMR & Integrated Solutions Program will assist you in completing the process. This change ensures reduction of clinician burden providing access to the current version of forms, with optimal auto-population of form information and the removal of obsolete versions of forms.
