Objectives

The BETTER Program is an innovative, evidence-based approach for patients ages 40 to 65 that focuses on prevention and screening of cancer (breast, cervical, colorectal), heart disease, diabetes, and their associated lifestyle factors in primary care practices.

It provides tools such as a comprehensive health survey, harmonized screening guidelines, and a care map to support care planning, goal setting, and follow up.

Audience

The BETTER Program was developed by Primary Care Providers for Primary Care Providers.
