What is it?
Developed by Pallium Canada, LEAP™ Core Online is a palliative care course for health care professionals that provides an in-depth learning experience on the essential skills and competencies of the palliative care approach.
Who is it for?
LEAP™ Core Online is for healthcare professionals across care sectors and settings who care for individuals with serious illness.

When registering you are making a commitment to complete the pre-course work for LEAP™ Core Online which consists of 17 self-directed online modules completed prior to the online dates (approximately 8 hours of work).
The webinar portion will be delivered online over two three-hour blocks over the two designated days, or as a single six-hour day, that you must attend in full to receive the certificate of completion/credits.
Cost: There is no cost for participants (fully sponsored by the Palliative Care Network).
