Grief Foundations is a one-hour virtual grief education webinar offered by the Grief Practice Support Program.  

Who is this for:

All Nova Scotia Health staff, physicians, and volunteers.

You will learn how to:

  • Recognize and respond to experiences of loss
  • Understand grief as a human response to loss rather than an illness
  • Identify myths and platitudes about grief, and offer meaningful alternatives
  • Find and share helpful resources for teams, patients, and families

  • Feb. 18, 2026 at 3-4pm
  • Mar. 26, 2026 at 10-11am
  • Apr. 22, 2026 at 3-4pm
