Novari Health Technology Solutions
Novari Health Technology solutions will be used for referral and elective waitlist management across IWK Health and Nova Scotia Health, and for central intake in some care areas.
This technology is being implemented as part of the roll-out of the One Person One Record Clinical Information System (CIS). The CIS will integrate with the following Novari solutions, to contribute to a coordinated system for providers and patients.
- Medical Imaging Requisition Management (MIRM)
- eRequest (referrals and triage)
- Mental Health & Addictions
- Pediatric Hematology Oncology
- Ambulatory Care
- Surgery
- Cardiology
- Access to Care (surgery and procedure bookings)
Implementation of Novari solutions, except for MIRM, will happen in line with the OPOR-CIS implementation schedule. The MIRM solution will be implemented provincially across IWK Health and Nova Scotia Health in December 2025.
