When You Call Health IT Service Desk:
- say you have a question about DIS PORTAL – not a community pharmacy.
- give them your name and telephone number where you can be reached
Support Hours:
The Health IT Service Desk is open to log calls for the Drug Information System Support Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The DIS Support Team is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Drug Information System Downtime:
If DIS is down unexpectedly, a notice will appear on the portal login screen.
DIS Maintenance window:
Thursday from 12:30am to 8am. The system may be unavailable during this time.
DIS Support for Pharmacies
For technical support for the DIS, please call:
- Your pharmacy’s Service Desk (if applicable)
- Your Pharmacy System Vendor (if your organization does not have a Service Desk)
These groups will work to resolve your issues and will contact DIS Support on your behalf if required.
Your pharmacy will never contact the Drug Information System Support Team directly.
