CANImmunize ClinicFlow is a software solution which gives organizations end-to-end immunization clinic management capacity. ClinicMode is the immunizer-facing component of ClinicFlow, where clinic staff can digitally document vaccinations and manage clinical workflows.
Summary
CANImmunize is a website (ClinicFlow) and mobile app (ClinicMode) that gives people the power to create, store, and manage records for publicly-funded immunizations. The website and mobile app are referred to together as “CANImmunize”.
CANImmunize integrates clinic setup and scheduling, service customization, and an online integrated booking module including immunization screening and consent forms. Immunizations are recorded in the app as individuals are seen, and immunization receipts are available electronically or can be printed for the patient’s records. All immunizations are extracted and sent to the Nova Scotia public health information system Panorama nightly to be included as part of the official immunization record for each client.
Resources
Accounts for immunizers are authorized and created by your Clinic Administrator using your email address. If your clinic does not have an administrator, please reach out to ClinicFlow Ops Support (canimmunize.ops.support@novascotia.ca).
