 pro+ credits.\n\nThis interactive in-person workshop will aim to provide t
 ools and resources for physicians\, nurse practitioners\, nurses\, pharmac
 ists\, medical residents\, students\, &amp\; other allied health professio
 nals for office-based management of Alcohol Use Disorder &amp\; Benzodiaze
 pine Use.\n\nWorkshop Objectives:\n\n\nApply a chronic disease management 
 framework to people living with substance use disorder\n\n\n\nForm a healt
 hy partnership with people living with a substance use disorder\n\n\n\nCom
 e to enjoy working with people living with substance use disorder\n\n\nIt 
 is our hope that through the workshop we can affect the health of patients
  by reducing the harms associated with alcohol and benzodiazepine use.\n\n
