 The relationship between health/mental health and the structural determina
 nts of health\, such as housing\, environment\, employment\, justice\, edu
 cation\, immigration\, and child welfare. Best practices for addressing he
 alth disparities in Black communities through health research\, health/cli
 nical services\, and health policy. \n\nThe overall goal of this conferenc
 e is to develop a report outlining best practice approaches for identifyin
 g and leveraging strategic multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral partnershi
 ps and targeted knowledge mobilization approaches for addressing health di
 sparities in diverse Black communities in Canada and globally\, through re
 search\, clinical services\, health policy\, community mobilization and re
 commendations. Therefore\, the main audiences for this project include pro
 fessors\, researchers\, students\, clinicians\, health policymakers\, comm
 unity organizations\, government officials\, and diverse Black communities
  in Canada and globally.\n
