DESCRIPTION:~On behalf of Nova Scotia Health’s Mental Health and Addictio
 ns Program (MHAP) Leadership Team\n\nWe are excited to share with you a to
 olkit (CLICK HERE) of eMental Health resources for Primary Health Care (PH
 C) providers\, including physicians\, and nurse practitioners\, as well as
  offer information sessions on these resources. The goal of these evidence
 -based services is to promote wellness and recovery broadly in communities
 . \n\nPlease see the resource document below\, and attached for more infor
 mation on the many tools available.  We hope these tools will be a benefit
  to your practice.\n\nIn particular\, we would like to draw your attention
  to our newest tool\, Tranquility\, an Internet-based Cognitive Behavioura
 l Therapy program for mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression.  Tranqui
 lity is available in English and French\, offers live coaching\, and is av
 ailable by referral from PHC providers.\n\nWe will be hosting an informati
 on session for PHC providers\, including physicians and nurse practitioner
 s on May 26\, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. We invite you to attend by clicking he

 can be sent to you directly. \n\nIn addition to this package\, a mailout/ 
 hard copy version will also be sent to PHC providers in the near future\,
