DESCRIPTION:This program is evidence-based and provides practical skills to
  support patients in health behaviour change activation. Certified by the 
 College of Family Physicians of Canada for up to 28.5 Mainpro® Credits.\n
 \nThe next Accredited Learning Pathway for this program will run from Marc
 h 12th to June 4th 2026\, with eight self-directed learning modules and th
 ree virtual learning workshops.\n\nWorkshops will be 6:30-8:30 p.m. on the
  following dates:\n\nWorkshop 1: April 9th\n\nWorkshop 2: May 7th\n\nWorks
 hop 3: June 4th\n\nVisit physicians.nshealth.ca/BCCDP to learn more about 
 the program.\n\nPLEASE NOTE:\n\n\nThis event is only open to individuals w
 orking in Nova Scotia.\nYou must be a Family Physician\, Nurse Practitione
 r\, Medical Resident\, Medical Student or obtain permission from organizer
