 gize grief\, and learn how to access valuable resources for Nova Scotia He

 ova Scotia Health\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nMatthew Fillier (he/him) is th
 e Grief and Bereavement Practice Lead for the Provincial Palliative Care N
 etwork at Nova Scotia Health. Matthew and his team are working to build a 
 Grief Practice Support Program for NSH health care providers and volunteer
 s as they care for grievers and themselves. Matthew’s work extends beyon
 d the palliative care setting\, including everywhere grief shows up across
  the health system. The Grief Practice Support Program is aimed at helping
  the health workforce enhance their knowledge\, skills and confidence in g
 rief care. Before starting this role\, Matthew spent 16 years as an ordain
 ed minister in the United Church of Canada\, serving congregations across 
 Nova Scotia. He also served as the regional leader of its maritime region 
 congregations and in Bermuda.\n\n\n\n
