SUMMARY:Adult Mental Health Practice Support Program (AMH PSP)
DESCRIPTION:This PSP is designed to increase skill and confidence among pri
 mary care providers and teams for the care of patients with mild to modera
 te mental illness.  \n\nOver the 20-week program duration\, participants a
 re expected to commit to attending a pre module meeting\, 4 learning sessi
 ons and complete three action period templates between learning sessions w
 ith scheduled coaching.  \n\nThere are no fees associated with participati
 on in this program and it is certified by the College of Family Physicians
  of Canada for 37.5 Mainpro+ Credits.  If you would like more information

 low:\n\n\nAttend the pre module meeting on September 11th 1:00 – 2:30pm\
 nAttend the following learning sessions:\n\nLearning session 1 – Septemb
 er 18th 1:30 – 4:30pm \nLearning session 2 – October 30th 1:30 – 4:3
 0pm \nLearning Session 3 – December 11th 1:30 – 4:30pm \nLearning Sess
 ion 4 – January 29th 1:30 – 4:30pm\n\n\nComplete and return action per
