Data includes demographics, stroke presentation details, treatment received, length of stay, discharge disposition, and stroke-related discharge medications. The collected data can be compared against national best practice recommendations. This presentation provides an overview of the data collection process and a comparison of Nova Scotia Health performance against national targets set by Accreditation Canada Stroke Distinction.
