
Lorie Campbell is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, leadership development educator and facilitator. She works with high potential leaders, physician executives, and their teams to facilitate change at the individual, team, and organizational level.
Lorie brings her clients more than 20 years of Human Resource, Management, and leadership development expertise. She understands that leaders set the tone for the entire culture of an organization and investing in them is key to a high performing and engaging environment. Lorie partners with clients to create customized developmental approaches, such as one to one coaching relationships or team development opportunities. This unique, style of learning helps gain clarity and insight into leadership impact and performance. Her skilled ability to work with teams and coach them from a systems perspective empowers them to access their collective intelligence.
Education and Professional Certifications
Lorie is certified with the Coaches Training Institute. She received additional training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC); the Co-Active Leadership Model; and Transformative Mediation with the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation. She administers a variety of assessment tools and is a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile™, the Team Diagnostic™ with Team Coaching International, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator™. Lorie has formal education in Psychology, Human Resources Management and Adult Education and has spent most of her career in the health care system.
