Taylor MacLean is the Physician Onboarding Consultant for the Eastern Zone.
Taylor joins us from JD Irving, where she served as a Senior Corporate Development Analyst. In that role, she supported cross-functional teams with project management and the implementation of new initiatives—experience that will be invaluable as she contributes to the Eastern Zone and supports our evolving onboarding strategy. As we continue to develop, implement, and evaluate this program, Taylor will play a key role in ensuring its success.
She joins two other Onboarding Consultants within Medical Affairs. This role works collaboratively across Physician Recruitment and Learning and Development for Physicians, supporting physicians new to Nova Scotia Health throughout their first year of practice.
Taylor holds a Business Administration degree from Acadia University. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening.
