Tanya Lush is a graduate of Acadia University (Psychology) and a Master of Education (Human Relations- Psychology) with a specialization in occupational/educational psychology from Mount Saint Vincent University. She has held leadership roles in Government, Non-Profit and Higher Education within Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Poland. Her focus has been to build and lead “people projects”, departments and services focusing on employee engagement/retention and workforce development for professionals and post-secondary students from more than 70 nationalities over the span of her career.
Tanya describes herself as “outdoorsy” and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and canoeing. She is an avid traveler having visited more than 30 countries.
