Dr. Ronald MacEachern is the Head of Diagnostic Imaging Department for the Northern Zone of Nova Scotia as well as the Site Lead Radiologist at the Aberdeen Hospital.
He is responsible for administrative issues which arise at the hospital as well as in the Northern Zone.
He was born in Halifax but raised in Charlottetown PEI. He completed his Medical Degree and Family Practice Residency at Memorial University. He also did Radiology Residency and Body Imagining Fellowship at Dalhousie University.
He appreciates his patient interactions doing various procedures in the department. In his spare time, he is an avid fly fisher.
