Dr. Bailly is Chief of the Department of Urology at Nova Scotia Health, as well as Head of the Department of Urology at Dalhousie University, where he also serves as a professor. He was born and raised in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, where he left to attend Queen’s University, completing a BSc in Life Sciences in 1993. He returned to Medical School at Dalhousie University, graduating in 1997, and he subsequently completed his urology residency training at Dalhousie in 2002. Dr. Bailly completed a Fellowship at the University of Toronto in Urodynamics and Reconstructive Urology, before joining the Department of Urology at Dalhousie University in 2003.
Dr. Bailly’s clinical interests include female urology, neurourology, urinary incontinence, urethral reconstruction, erectile dysfunction and prostate disease.
