Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health (IWK) have updated ultrasound guidelines through consultation with Diagnostic Imaging (DI) and the Fetal Assessment and Treatment Centre (FATC) at the IWK. The goal of these guidelines is to provide timely access to optimal prenatal care while balancing capacity limitations at Nova Scotia Health Central Zone (CZ) facilities and IWK.
