Nova Scotia Health Mental Health and Addictions Program and Occupational Health Safety and Wellness, in partnership with Mental Health Innovations, invites all physicians to participate in upcoming virtual WeCARE workshops and a WeCARE standalone learning module led by Mental Health Innovations. The workshops will provide an opportunity to develop personal self-care and resilience plans to help you cope with stress, burnout and compassion fatigue. Sign up for the workshops via LMS by visiting elearning.nshealth.ca and searching WeCARE.

It’s a chance to pause and be reminded of the power of human connections, supporting our mental health and wellness. The workshop provided simple, straightforward messaging that emphasized the added value of reaching out to one another. The application of this content is beneficial in both our personal and professional lives.”
