Please join us for this Grief Foundations: Palliative Care Essentials webinar.  Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  1. Normalize and de-pathologize grief and loss through a Grief-Informed Care approach.
  2. Recognize and respond compassionately to the diverse forms of grief and loss experienced by patients, families, and palliative care teams, including anticipatory, ambiguous, disenfranchised, and professional grief.
  3. Reflect on how values, beliefs, expectations, and ethical tensions shape experiences of palliative and end-of-life care.
