The Palliative Care Network, in collaboration with the specialist palliative care team in New Glasgow, is offering a sponsored session of LEAP™ Hospital (hybrid modality).
LEAP™ Hospital is an interprofessional course that provides healthcare professionals with the essential skills and competencies of the palliative care approach, with course modules and case studies contextualized to the hospital setting. Earn up to 14.5 Mainpro+ credits or 14 Section 1 CPD hours – at no cost. Additional details are found in the attached flyer.
LEAP™ Hospital (Hybrid modality) combines 17 self-directed online modules with an in-person workshop led by experienced facilitators. Registrants must make a commitment to fully complete the self-directed modules prior to the scheduled workshop (approximately 8 hours of work).
