The Palliative Care Network is offering three fully sponsored sessions of LEAP™ Core Online this fall for Nova Scotia healthcare professionals who want to strengthen their skills in providing compassionate, person-centered palliative care.
When registering you are making a commitment to complete the pre-course work for LEAP™ Core Online which consists of 17 self-directed online modules completed prior to the online webinar dates (approximately 8 hours of work).
The webinar portion will be delivered online over two three-hour blocks over the two designated days, or as a single six-hour day, that you must attend in full to receive the certificate of completion/credits.
Webinar Dates and Times:
- September 21 and 22 (Monday, Tuesday), 5-8 pm
- October 14 and 15 (Wednesday, Thursday), 5-8 pm
- October 24 (Saturday), 8:30 am-3:00 pm
