This program is evidence-based and provides practical skills to support patients in health behaviour change activation. Certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada for up to 28.5 Mainpro® Credits.
The next Accredited Learning Pathway for this program will run from March 12th to June 4th 2026, with eight self-directed learning modules and three virtual learning workshops.
Workshops will be 6:30-8:30 p.m. on the following dates:
Workshop 1: April 9th
Workshop 2: May 7th
Workshop 3: June 4th

PLEASE NOTE:
- This event is only open to individuals working in Nova Scotia.
- You must be a Family Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Resident, Medical Student or obtain permission from organizers to attend.
